Touch-Up Permanent Makeup

Touch-Up Permanent Makeup

In most cases, though not always, a touch-up is required after the initial 45 days following the first application. The necessity of this touch-up depends largely on how the skin is healing during this period, typically ranging between 70% to 80% of instances.

Various factors influence the reaction of permanent makeup pigments with different skin types. While the aftercare regimen plays a significant role in determining the final results, other elements such as the work environment, hormonal fluctuations, and lifestyle choices also contribute.

It is imperative to conduct a second check-up to monitor the progress of each client and ensure the desired outcomes are achieved by the end of the entire procedure.

The duration as we mentioned before of micropigmentation may vary depending on:

1.

Post-care: It is the most important factor as the healing process will greatly affect the result and its duration

2.

Patient’s skin: Each skin is different, within 45 days after the treatment, it is necessary to observe how the pigment has adhered to the skin.

Lips Permanent Makeup

Lips Permanent Make-Up

Red lips on a female model after as results of Lippen Permanente Make-Up

It is known as lip tattoo or lip blush, is a semi-permanent makeup technique that involves depositing pigment into the lips to enhance their color and shape. It is a popular cosmetic procedure that can help create fuller, more defined, and symmetrical lips.

The process of lip micropigmentation typically involves a consultation to discuss the desired shape and color of the lips, followed by the actual procedure. During the procedure, a small handheld Tattoo machine is used to deposit pigment into the lips in a pattern that mimics the natural look of lip color.

The pigment is deposited into the upper layers of the skin, but not as deep as a traditional tattoo, which allows for the color to fade over time. The depth of the pigment can be adjusted to achieve the desired level of color intensity.

The procedure typically takes about 2-3 hours, and there may be some mild discomfort during the process. A topical numbing cream can be applied to help minimize any pain.

After the procedure, there may be some swelling and tenderness of the lips, but this usually subsides within a few days. The color of the lips will appear more intense immediately after the procedure but will gradually fade over the following weeks.

It’s important to follow the aftercare instructions provided by the technician to ensure proper healing and color retention. Touch-up appointments may be required to maintain the desired color and shape of the lips. The results of lip micropigmentation typically last for about 1-3 years, depending on factors such as the depth of the pigment, the client’s skin type, and the level of sun exposure.

Microblading Technique

Microblading Technique

Their goal is to correct or reconstruct an eyebrow lacking hair by making artistic hair strokes, creating a hyperrealistic and natural effect, it’s made with a tool called tebori that has a series of very small and sharp needles at the top. Microblading is a semi-permanent makeup technique used to enhance the appearance of eyebrows.

The process begins with a consultation in which the desired style and shape of the eyebrows are discussed. Then, the skin around the eyebrows is cleaned and prepared and designed, after this we dont use anesthetic cream at the first pass, this is applied after that to minimize any discomfort during the procedure.

During the microblading process, the technician uses the Tebori to draw very fine and precise strokes on the skin, re-creating the appearance of natural eyebrow hair. The strokes are made in the superficial layer of the skin, called the epidermis, and a special cosmetic-grade pigment is used to create the color.

The process can last from 2 to 3 hours, depending on the complexity of the design and the skill of the technician. After the session, a special cream is applied to help heal the skin.

It is normal for the eyebrows to look a little darker than desired after the procedure, but after 45 days, the color will fade and adjust to the desired intensity.

It is important to follow the post-microblading care instructions, such as avoiding getting the eyebrows wet and applying a healing cream regularly to ensure proper healing. And touch-up appointments may be required to maintain the desired look.

Powderbrows Technique

Powderbrows Technique

This technique is sometimes also referred to as ombre brows or shaded brows.

The process involves using a small machine called Dermopgraph or a Tattoo machine, that deposits tiny dots of pigment into the skin, creating a gradient effect from light to dark. The dots are made in a pattern that mimics a soft makeup.

The powder brows technique is particularly well-suited for clients who have sparse or fully hair eyebrows althoug is well used in all kinds of shapes, or who want to achieve a more defined and filled-in look without the use of traditional makeup products.

It can also be a good option for clients who have oily skin, as the powdered effect tends to hold up better than other techniques.

The process of getting powder brows usually involves a consultation to determine the desired shape and color of the eyebrows, followed by the actual procedure, which typically takes around 2-3 hours. There may be some mild discomfort during the procedure, but a topical anesthetic cream can be applied to minimize any pain. After the procedure, there is usually a period of healing and some minor flaking and scabbing may occur. The final result of the powder brows should be visible within about 4 weeks, and touch-up appointments may be required to maintain the desired look.
